How do I create an Account?
+You can create a Rangers Account by entering your name, email address and a password in our short registration form.
If you are an existing RangersTV subscriber then you should use the same email address here that you use for RTV; this will let us link those accounts together and ensure your subscription continues. You will then be sent an email with a secure link to click and activate your account. Click on this link, then sign in with email and password, complete your Communication Preferences and your new Rangers Account is ready to go!
I haven’t received the confirmation email, what can I do?
+If you have created an account with your own email and password, we will send you a confirmation email to the email address you provided. Whilst you wait you will see the ‘Awaiting Confirmation Email’ page. When you receive the confirmation email, there will be a secure link ‘click here’ in the email which you need to click on to confirm your email. This will then open up a new browser tab for you to login with your email and password for the first time. This is just to check the email is indeed yours.
Note it may take a few seconds or minutes for the email to arrive in your inbox. If you do not receive your email, please follow these steps:
- Check your junk and spam folders
- Ensure you did not use any mailbox that could be shared, eg info@, reception@, sales@ as these will not be accepted for your Rangers Account.
- Add login@rangers.co.uk to your safe senders list and retry sending the email from the link ‘click here to resend email’ in the ‘Awaiting Confirmation Email’ page
If you have left the ‘Awaiting Confirmation Email’ page and you want to go back to resend the confirmation email, log in again with your email and password chosen, and as you have not yet confirmed your email, you will see the ‘Awaiting Confirmation Email’ page where you can click the link to resend.
If none of the steps above work, please contact the club for further support. In a few cases the email may be being blocked by your email service provider. Club staff will be able to check this so that you may contact your service provider directly.
I can’t click on the link in the confirmation email
+Some email clients or systems may deliver the email but ‘disable’ the ability to click on any links in the content. If you have received the email but cannot click on the link, try
- adding login@rangers.co.uk to your ‘safe sender’ list
- right-click on the link, and select from options to ‘open hyperlink’, or ‘copy hyperlink’ and paste into a browser address bar and go.
Information for existing RangersTV subscribers
+Your old RangersTV account details will not log you in to the new RangersTV website or mobile app, but by following these steps you can quickly gain access.
1. Create a new Rangers Account using the same email address as your RangersTV account.
2. Once your new Rangers Account is active, provided the email address matches your old RangersTV account we will match the details in our database.
3. You should then be able to log in to the new RTV website and mobile app using your new Rangers Account details. Your subscriptions and billing details will remain as they were and once you are logged in they can be managed from https://rangerspayments.streamamg.com/account
Where can I use my Rangers Account?
+We’ve created the Rangers Account to be a ‘Single Sign On’ for fans to use across the majority of the Club’s websites and apps, instead of having to maintain multiple different logins.
This includes:
- www.rangers.co.uk, including for use of RangersTV
- the new RangersTV mobile app, once launched
- the Rangers Club mobile app
We will roll this login out across as many of the club's digital platforms as possible moving forward.
You can also manage all of your email and other communication preferences at login.rangers.co.uk.
I've tried to login a few times unsuccessfully and I now can’t, why is that?
+For security reasons, we've limited the number of times that you can try to login within a ten minute period. If you exceed that number of attempts your account will be locked for 1 hour.
